    If a person completes a n235 for the claimant are they responsible for adverse court costs of the defendant

    It used to be the case that a Litigation Friend had to meet 3 criteria, one of which was to give an undertaking as to costs, dont know if this still applies

        is still the third criteria on the form what you have to sign and agree when you are a litigant friend for the claimant
        but when involved in multi track against retailer with solicitors costs could be telephone numbers

                    Interesting quotes from vip 5 bones ,does that member understand post 5.
                    I tried bailii 5 years ago for planning caselaw when i was going to the RCJ i got a good kicking by 2 barristers and the SOS
                    solicitor blew £3500 would have been 40k with council had the nerve to do diy on jack jones,i learnt from that do not play by the rules.
