  • Help - again!

Hello again! Well you all very kindly gave me some advice previously on dealing with Moneybarn.

Anyway to cut a long story short the plan was to enter into a consent order with them. They emailed me last week asking for me to complete some forms and get them back to them by the 9th. I completed these over the weekend and emailed them into them this morning.

The postman has just been and delivered a letter from them enclosing a witness statement they have filed with the court stating that as I haven't made contact they are seeking the immediate return of the vehicle!! What can I do? I have the email from them giving me until the 9th and I've sent the forms this morning!

    Re: Help - again!

Hello, does this issue relate to the previous Moneybarn thread which I responded to here -> http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...715#post684715

What were the forms that they asked you to complete by the 9 November? Are you able to post up a screenshot of the email or copy and paste what it said?

It would also be helpful to show us the contents of this witness statement and any other correspondence included?

Unable help any further without this information.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
