Re: pcp handing the car back

Received a letter today (16th May) dated 10th of May, giving me 14 days notice period to pay £600 excess mileage costs. No damages reported on letter received.
          Please can some one advise?

Many thanks for your quick response, I am unable to find an option for attachment on reply?
I have taken a screen shot of the letter ready to attach as requested.

Click on 'Go advanced' button, then there will be a paperclip icon on the left side of the reply box. A new window will open, upload the document and then click the close button and submit your reply.

If that fails then you can use https://postimg.cc/ and use the thumbnail link

                  Rob,
Hope I've done this correct as no paperclip showed on my phone.

The link works, but I can see the image as its too small and it won't let me zoom in. I am not sure if you resized the image but if you can upload a full sized one that would help?

Re: pcp handing the car back

Typical letter I think, did you receive the condition report? If not, I would suggest you request a copy of it.

Other than that its just the same old type of letter requesting payment. You can either pay up or not, however common understanding is that they may file a default on your credit report. If they do, the only real way of having it removed is ti bring a claim to court.

So you have two options, pay up or defend it.
