Hi everyone,
I am a new member having just joined today and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where to start with trying to claim back store card charges and possible PPI. I had several store cards from the middle 90's onwards: Principles, Top Shop, Dorothy Perkins to name a few and on my bank statements they were paid through GE Capital. I understand that a lot of these companies were then sold to Santander and now belong to New Day (?) and the underwriter was Genworth Insurance - is that correct?
My questions are:
1. Is it still possible to try and claim back card charges? and
2. Who do I write to and what do I do first?
Any help at all is appreciated
