    rejecting a used car

    I bought a used audi q7 nearly a year ago and ever since day 1 it has had a problem with bad condensation on the inside of the car .it has been back with audi 4 times and they cant get to the route of the problem I have totally lost faith with the car does anyone have any idea where I stand legally with this ,audi have said as they cant replicate or find the problem then they don't need to exchange it but they will give me a good deal on another car ????
