In May 2016 I paid ORANGE for 2 top-ups on my pay as you go mobile - total cost £50. I was credited with only £25. In August 2016 I paid Orange for a further 2 top-ups again totalling £50 - I was not credited with any. So they owe me £75 which my bank has confirmed has been paid to ORANGE. ORANGE however continue to give me the runaround saying they have not received the payments. I have spent untold hours on the phone trying to get sense oout of ORANGE but to no avail. I therefore intend to issue a County Court Summons for the £75. Does anyone else have this problem?

Good afternoon, welcome to LB,
I think you first need to raise a Formal Complaint with Orange which requires them to fully investigate and reply to the complaint within 56 days cheaper than filing a claim and probably a quicker way of getting your money back.
You certainly wont get any results from making phone calls it always seems to me phone providers customer services have no authority to act and know no more than the company script.
Don't use e-mail for the complaint use RM signed for post check delivery date.
