Hi, I have been chasing HSBC for over 7 years now regarding bank charges, ppi refunds and allowing a £125.00 personal account to go over £5000. I have had several refunds from them, 3 refunds for PPI they paid the Personal account which had gone to Metropolitan Services, they refunded £3421.00 which they used to pay the same debt off with a firm called SIGMA. I have had other PPI refunds from them but I cannot get them to refund the money they paid twice for the same debt. I excepted the refund on the charges but I am still asking them to refund me for letting my account to get in the position it was at £5000, I tried everything to stop this happening and have the proof on disc they sent me when I asked for any information they held on our accounts, many vists to 4 different HSBC banks 100`s of telephone calls, letters and emails. Can anyone give me advice if I can get a refund, the last correspondence I said I would go to court as the evidence I have for all areas of subject I believe are damming to them. I had to sell my house 2 years ago and now after 33 years of working am back to square one, the money they took would have sorted my problems out which forced me to sell up. Please reply thanks.
