    Hi all, newbie here. (sorry)

I have received a claim form today from the above, am I correct in thinking I can dispute this on the grounds I never signed, or received, a consumer credit agreement from Cabot? Obviously they have bought the debt from Vanquis.
I also notice they are only claiming interest and costs, not the original debt. (although the figures remain the same) Is that just legal-speak?
I probably explained all that very poorly, I shall upload the form for clarity.
    Many Thanks.
