HI Every one,
I have got a claim form on 14 sept 2016 from the solicitor of Lowell. On the right hand side it has Claim number , issue date and court address, its from country court business centre northampton.
Particulars of Claim are:
The Claim is for the sum of 472.60 due by the defendant under non regulated
The sigma financial group limited account with an account reference of Ban.............
The defendant failed to maintain contractual payments required under the term of the account agreement.
The debt was legally assigned to the claimant on 12 nuvember 2015 , notice of which has been given to defendant .
The claim includes statuary interest under s.69 of the county curt act 1984at a rate of 8 % per anuum from the date of assignment to the date of issue of these proceedings of the sum of 31 .70 pounds.
The claimant claims the sum of 504.30.
but the whole amount they claim on the letter is 634.30 pounds.
