    is there a template to request a Deed of assignment from a DCA 's Solicitor
    As they have only sent me a notice of assignment under my request for S.78 consumer credit act 1974

      but they still must have one to enforce recovery of and monies owed ?

        They send a notice of assignment that's the legal duty to you the deed is commercially sensitive others will tell you the same and also how it can be obtained a long legal process .

          Am undergoing a court claim for a loan that is 2 months away from being statute barred
          and as the SB is the defense I submitted (good advice but was not the defense I should have gone with in my case )
          I am quickly running out of time as my case has just been transferred to my local court
