    Halifax CCA is only the application

    Hi I'm with Halifax credit card, they have not suppiled me with a true copy of my CCA, it is the application form and its eligible! They have advise I go to the ombudsman… they have also sent me a reconstructed copy of my credit agreement which I find unacceptable, any information or hep on what I do next would be appreciated. Many thanks
