Hi all, can anyone tell me if a notice of assignment is proof of a valid claim if not can you explain why, also can anyone tell me why the debt collectors solicitor keeps telling me that their client is not required to prove their legal ownership of a deed of assignment, would I be within my rights to quote lord dennings ruling under l&p 136 I don't really know whether this would cover an assignment of debt. any clarification on these issues would be much appreciated thanks.
