Hello, is there any reason why you want to return it?
You can return it if you VT your agreement under s.99 of the CCA but requires that you pay 50% of the agreement. This can be reduced however by an order of the Court if it feels that amount shoudl be reduced where the creditor has little to no loss of the car's value. This could be a prime case but you'd need to go to court to argue it.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
