If one is Granted a PA can the property of the Donner be sold easily just by just using the it to sign the TR1 form or is there more to it.

In short Mr Smith grants Mr Jones a PA. Mr Smith has a house in his name Can Mr Jone put the house in his Name and Mr Smith no longer the owner using the TR1?

It is much more complex.
What type of LPA is it?
Does the Donor have capacity?
Have you seen the Mental Capacity Act Code of Practice (esp the section on LPAs)?
