  • Speeding intention of prosecution. Twice! Help Please!!

Hi Guys You very kindly got me out of a scrape before and I wonder if you could do the same again with your learned objective thoughts?

I drive for a living, the first notice came about on the 25th April this year, doing according to them 40 in a 30 in my work van.
The first I knew about it was when our head office got the letter, it was dated as you can see 16th June 2016 and I received it on the 21st June.
Apart from the complication of my workplace not filling out the details correctly and they have now resent it to me the driver not the registered keeper.
Do I have any redress on this one? everything sent correctly by them I suppose?

Secondly to cap it all as if that wasn't bad enough? today I get a letter through the post from Somerset police, another notice another intended.
We were away for a break in unknown territory for a week and I was apparently doing according to them 35 in a 40?
It never rains but it pours? But don't think I have any redress on that one?

Whats the best that i can hope for with these two or is all sent correctly by them especially the first one.
    Photos of the letters provided.
    Any learned advice is appreciated.
    Thankyou DGS

          Hi again

Sorry, but can't read the docs you posted up.
I'm not sufficently computer literate to enlarge them legibly

If I shout loudly enough perhaps someone could oblige.
