  • Applying for a Homeowner Secured Loan

Can anyone recommend a good company to borrow a Secured Loan please? My credit history is not very good but I am working on it to get it clear but in the meantime I need to borrow some money to help my daughter get on the property ladder and I know that I don't think I would get any other loan other than a secured one on my property. I have tried to go down the Guarantor Mortgage route to help her but they all say I need a clear credit history.

    Any suggestions please? thanks

Have a chat with these people, they have the majority of the market to look at & don't charge a fee until they have your business (check this still applies)

I've used these guys in the past for a few Buy to Let Properties, but they definitely help with mortgages.
