  • TTP - Cabot / Cap1 - CCJ

    Hi
I have the same issue however they have sold the debt onto Cabot. Who have now placed a CCJ, after I argued with Cap1 about a misold policy, in 2008. Nine years later Cabot have issued a CCJ and a bailiff warrant issued by the same County Court I tried applied to, to set aside judgement. Despite no agreement being presented by Cabot or Cap 1. It would appear judegment went in their favour. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

Hi TTP & welcome to LB

Perhaps you should have your own thread as it can be a bit confusing responding on someone else's thread.

Did you attend the court hearing?
Did you comply with all parts of the claim process?
