    Good evening, welcome to LB.
When did you have these accounts and have you moved home since your spinal injury.
Do you know how much the judgement is for?

I am not sure about account dates but i think HSBC closed them some time between 2007 & 2009 I was unable to keep up repayments after October 2006 but like i say i have no details or documents to confirm this, i am likely to be wrong.
I am still living at the same address as when i had the accounts.

According to my noddle report the CCJ is as follows:
      Judgment date - 13/11/2013
      Amount - £ 1,519
      Court name - Northampton

The amount is so much higher than what i think i can remember

I would contact the court (Northampton) to find out some details. (I'm told they keep records for 3 years).

It seems fishy that you are in the same address, yet you say you knew nothing about a court case?

I have contacted Northampton and now awaiting a return call.

Thank you for this invaluable advise.

For matters I do not wish to digress online YES I don't remember.
So as for the comment of "fishy" I think you should choose your replies for more carefully in the future.
            Thank you.

I have no details or information regarding this CCJ and knew nothing about it until recently when viewing my noodle report.

I remember many years ago having a small loan with HSBC but was unable to keep up with repayments from 2006 when i had to stop working after a permanent spinal injury. I claimed on the loan insurance but it was refused I also had a bank account with HSBC that went overdrawn purely due to charges ONLY I was unable to pay either and was told by HSBC they were closing the Bank account and loan account and would be sent to debt collection but never heard anything since.

I can only assume they have merged the 2 debts together and then since added multiple further fees onto it.

I think the outstanding loan balance was about £300 and the bank account was overdrawn by about £80 but these are not definite amounts only guesses as i have zero information on this, only what my noodle report shows.

              PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME....!!!!
If you didn't know about the County Court proceedings, you can make a statutory declaration if issued under the County Court, or the Magistrate's where relevant. A hearing is likely to have been made in your absence with a judgement against you. A statutory declaration means you give an oath and sign a document that said court will give you. Call the relevant court and tell them you want to make a statutory declaration as you knew nothing about a County Court Judgement (CCJ). Did you know about the CJJ, but not the Warrant of Control, alternatively? Then when you've made your declaration or before, let Mortimer Clarke Solicitors know. The effect of a statutory declaration means you get to have another hearing, I believe.

Charity's post is fine, I believe he means that the claim may have been sent else where.

I also find it odd that no claim pack was received, are you on the electoral register at home.
