hello could someone please give me some advice i have received a letter from Lowell Solictors saying this "Please note that with immediate effect we have been instructed to act for the claimant, LOwell Portfolio Ltd.in respect of this matter.The previous Solictor Bryan Carter Solicitors LLP, are no longer instructed,.
