  • How to withdraw a defence ??

I've court hearing by the end of this month in regards with an c/c debt.

I've negotiated a figure with the claimant's solicitors. They have asked me to withdraw my defense in order to enable them to offer me a payment plan.

Can someone please guide me how I can withdraw my defense which I filed in response to the original claim form.

If it were me I'd do this via the court mediation service.

I opted for mediation service but the claimant did not send me any documents to look at. So the medication appointment could not arranged.
