    hi i work at tesco and had a bad leg pain went to gp and gp gave me a sick note and referrred to a specialist which took 3 weeks and also he gave me a sick note to give at work i had given them the sick note but as i came back to work they had awelcome back meeting with me and AR meeting after that they gave me averbal warning for unacceptable attendance which i dont think is acceptable what next step should i take

      no this was the first time i was sick and i have given them doctors note and also came back to work on the expected date
