  • Being Charged interest on CC when in Dispute.

For the last few months we have been in dispute with CC over a large amount over £6k under section 75 which is currently moving through the court system and judge asked to see proof of costs.

Up till now there has been no interest charges on my CC balance and no minimum payment.. (I never pay interest as I pay it off). But this month they charged me interest. Are they allowed to to do this they say they can as its no longer a section 75 claim. In my SRA request they admitted liability.

I bit reluctant to pay a bank that owes me money.
