    Hello cool.

Was this a fixed period non-molestation order or was it indefinite? It will probably have had specific terms too.

My understanding is that the person wishing to discharge (i.e. cancel) the non-molestation order would have to make an application to the court and provide evidence that it's no longer necessary to have the order. There would be a hearing to decide the outcome of the application.

Do you feel able to tell us why you would like to remove the order on your ex-husband? For example have things improved between you both and do you now trust him not to do whatever it was he did which resulted in the order (an injunction) in the first place?

      Thanks, for prompt reply

It was indefinite, not to contact via phone, e mail etc.

He was served it for ABH on myself, January 2016 ...... he is currently due for release from jail October, 2016 ...... now aged mid sixties he has FINELY accepted alcohol related\mental health issues, are a major factor in the past 35 years, ( was married for 30 Years ) for which he is receiving medical intervention and doing all the usual courses in jail. Having this order is I believe not now needed, where can I please obtain the forms, the local Court ? can I act on behalf of myself ? will it cost me any fee ?

      Thanks
