Having complained, ATOS admitted that the Doctor who conducted my assessment "did not explore my conditions fully" & "the assessment did not meet the standard set by themselves"
With that in mind, and after a successful tribunal, I contacted a solicitors firm who have taken my claim for compensation forwards very very slowly, so much so I 'sacked' them and am currently looking for a new law firm to take over the baton, so to speak

hi there new to the site im looking for information on how to sue atos or dwp but wouldn't no were to start. had phone call off dwp saying I didn't let atos person in. yes I didn't let her in cause I told her iv already had my medical . iv even told dwp this but there not intrested. between you and me I also recorded the whole medical on my ipad . so now there making me go through it agn cant cope with this my nerves had enough stressed could anybody recommend a good solicitor please thankyou
