  • bullying at work

    hi
i have been bullied and persecuted at work for many years and have managed to cope with it until recently. i have worked for my employer for 23 years with no trouble. A new manager joined about 10 years ago and a supervisor was promoted from within the team about 2 years ago. She tell tales regularly and i am often in the firing line. A couple of months ago i was sent a disciplinary letter for possible serious misconduct for something i did not do but cannot prove. An identification parade of just me was carried out and i was so called identified.
I could not believe someone would go to such lengths as this but i am the most recent in a chain of staff being tormented as we were there before the manager
i have raised a grievance which is being discussed, can i claim for constructive dismissal if i resign?
    Any advice welcome
