OK thanks. I do not want to give them more time. I have not had any acknowledgement from Shoosmiths. I'm not sure how to word the defence but it is that I do not acknowledge the debt. I dont seem to be able to do this online. Would this be correct? DO I send the defence to the court? Thanks again

Actually I would like to challenge that any monies is outstanding and in any event claim statute barred and also no CCA. Would I be able to list all and how should I word it. Thank you!!

Above is a template no documents defence which you can adapt to suit.

You will probably renumber as you go, but the current para 13 concerns the Claimant's duty to prove a money claim.........perhaps you could add to it the fact that you don't believe you owe anything at all because........[supply your reason(s)].
