It could be that they have rejected the 10/08 but the order it is written in does not apply that.....I,m expecting a letter soon from them explaining all, I,ll keep ya informed on the outcome.cheers Nem

Hi Everyone, I got the letter from the courts today that confirms they have accepted my updated defense, again thank you all for your help. I,m guessing its all up too solicitors and Cabot now...i,m so glad this was rectified though.

Hi everybody, its been a couple of weeks since I sent my defence in, 28 days tomorrow too be exact, If i haven,t received anything by tomorrow am I right in thinking that the case will be stayed, I sent my defense on 10th August,, if the case is stayed, what would be the next course of action.
I hope everybody is well, and ya had a nice summer.x
