Ok all this is for the loan?
Well I don't see an agreement for the loan account?
The statement don't look like copies of originals can you confirm one way or another.

              hi nem,
the statement of account and cover letter is what lowell have sent back reference the orange debt, i am yet to hear anything else about the supposed loan debt, other than they are asking oc for the documents. just wondering where to go with this now? i read it as they now think they have given me proof of an alleged debt? as you can see the defaults are no longer on credit report with clear score, showing on noddle but can't update that until next week to check if they're gone from there too? no defaults listed on experian, or closed accounts? will they now repoprt the orange debt as defaulted because of this statement they have drawn up? there was also a search on clearscore from lowells on 1 july 2016, i'm worried that i might get home to a claim form having read lots of posts regarding lowells!
              thanks again for looking podc

There would have been a " contract " for the telecoms account, and I think the statements are a lash up.

I would tell Lowell (in writing) to Andrew Bartle who seems to sign almost every thing that comes out of their office the following.

                Fao Mr Andrew Bartle
                Chief Operating Officer
                The Lowell Group
                Address as on the letters.

                Date:

Ref: use the one on their letter.

                Re: Request for documents.

                Dear Mr Bartle,

I refer you letter referenced above and the attached documentation, which is purported to confirm my liability for an alleged debt arising from a contract for telephone service, the documents provided are merely statements allegedly showing use of the service, how ever I am unable to reconcile the figures or the statements.

One must assume that there would have been an agreement or contract for the service this has not yet been supplied.

Therefore I do not acknowledge any liability to Lowell and I await provision of the agreement/contract from which the alleged debt arises.

                Yours etc.

Use signed for post and check delivery and signature.

                                thanks nem,
wasn't sure why they had sent this, they said the account is on hold until they can provide the documents they have requested from orange, and this has been about 2 months or so now! should they still be sending them letters out?
