    Hi I have outstanding debts with natwest I have asked for a subject access data request and more specifically my credit agreement form which natwest state they no longer have does this mean the debt is still enforced ?

    The alleged debts may still exist; whether they are enforceable through court is another matter.

    A bit more info would assist.
    Do you know whether any/all of these alleged debts have been sold (to another new 'owner') by Natwest?
    Are any of them subject to an existing court claim?

      Hi thanks for your reply none of them have any existing court claims all four of them are with Natwest just one has been sold on to another company any help or info would be much appreciated
