  • How to ask DVLA to give car details of an individual?

I've got a judgement against a couple of people.

Which form should I fill in to send to court so that court allows me to contact DVLA to ask information about an individual? which cars they may own...

If the DVLA give any details it would only be of the Registered keeper not the owner of any vehicle

Registered keeper would also be fine.

Which form should be filled in?

        Possibly a N244 (fee payable)

But don't understand why you need to know which cars the defendant might have.
If you are using enforcement officers it's upto them.
Even if defendant has a car, and becomes aware you are after it, it will be hidden if he has any sense.

Also see for obtaining info from DVLA (towards end of leaflet)
