I'd think about a complete re-draft myself. It needs to concentrate on articulating how it was mis-sold.

A quick update Capital One replied not upholding my claim and advising that the previous correspondence was there final answer. I have filed the complaint with the financial ombudsman.

usual Crap one response then offer a lower figure thru FOS.

Have send this case to the FOS as capital one have not upheld the compliant, the FOS has advised they are waiting for the outcome of the commission on a PPI policy – Plevin v Paragon Personal Finance before issuing there final decision.
