Hello can anybody advise me on what to do ,we have just come back home off holidays to find two letters addressed to my wife from Lowell financial ltd stating that they are the new owner of my wife`s JD williams account stating they have bought the debt owed and can help us repay this amount. MY wife has never had an account with this company or heard of it so we resourced on net it is an on line catalogue site. are we a case of id theft and if so what can we do about it . thankyou
