  • Proving disability at preliminary hearing

    Hi all
Apologies but yet another Claimant having to self represent at Tribunal, and from what I've read me proving disability at PH are impossible. I don't have an obvious disability but suffered chronic depression at the relevant time - my GP has written a letter of support and I have provided my medical records but the Respondent refuses to concede. Can anyone let me know what to expect? The last Judge I saw listed the Preliminary Hearing for a full day and seemed pretty peeved with the whole thing. Has the decision already been made? Any suggestions gratefully received. Thank you SM.
