  • CCJ Court Forms

Hi I am looking for some advice. I have received Northampton Court Papers on a debt I owe. Its not old because my last payments were on 2013 I've checked my statements. I moved in 2014 and gave Cabot my new details as I was never avoiding my debt have paid it monthly since 2008. But my debt since 2008 has been passed from collector to collector ending with Cabot. In 2013 I was getting pretty annoyed paying and the debt was never reducing and asked for the original agreement which I never received so I stopped paying until Cabot provided me with this information. I don't want a CCJ so I am in a position to pay this debt in full but I am so annoyed after 8 years the debt amount is still the same. I have acknowledged the court forms online. What do you advise I do now, what time scale do I have, would greatly appreciate some feedback.

An optimist is someone who falls off the Empire State Building, and after 50 floors says, 'So far so good'!
