Advice needed re Lowell Financial and Vodafone

Hi,

Can anyone help me please. My other half has just received a letter from Lowell, concerning an outstanding amount from Vodafone. He did have a Vodafone account years ago, but it was a pay as you go, so we can't understand how there is an amount outstanding of over £1500. What do we do?

So I can look into this, please ask your partner to email me with his details via the form here: http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-form/. If the link doesn't work when he clicks on it, he'll need to copy and paste it into his web browser.

To access the form they'll need to enter the code WRT135.

As well as stating his query in the question box, he'll also need to quote 'Legal Beagles'.

Once sent, he'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this so I can make sure it's been received.
