taking a car dealer to court

Hi everyone. i wondered if any of you had taken a car dealer to court over a "rogue" vehicle. would be very interested in what you did and how you got on please

Hi Bazza,

There is probably a number of people who have gone to court or are in the process of doing so, what is it you are wanting to know? Perhaps some background information will also help
