My neighbour has a right of way over my drive to his property. Does this right of way apply just to the occupants of my neighbour's property or does it also apply to any visitors he may have?

Depends what the easement says, usually a right of way will allow access for a the neighbours family, friends, visitors etc. Unless it is specifically prohibited in the easement which I would think is unlikelyIf you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
