  • right of way - for visitors?

    My neighbour has a right of way over my drive to his property. Does this right of way apply just to the occupants of my neighbour's property or does it also apply to any visitors he may have?

    If they THINK it applies to their visitors do you want to stop then ?

      Depends what the easement says, usually a right of way will allow access for a the neighbours family, friends, visitors etc. Unless it is specifically prohibited in the easement which I would think is unlikely
