    Hi all I got a claim from lowell this debt is from over six years ago. So I sent a letter of statue barred to them and there solicitors. Had no reply so I'm sending a cpr request. Do I have to send cca to them as well. Oh and I have found out it was a mobile phone contract

    CCA request to Lowell with £1 postal order marked (for statutory purpose only) on both sides and CPR request to the solicitors no fee, can you upload a screenshot of the claim form after removing your personal information.. And more background info on the alleged debt and the knowledgeable ones will be about very soon ....

      The particulars of claim
      1) the defendant entered into a agreement with the sigma financial group limited under account reference BANxxxxxxxx (the agreement)
      2)the defendant failed to maintain the required payments and a default notice was served and not complied with.
      3)the agreement was later assigned to the claimant on 12/11/2015 and a notice given to the defendant.
      4)despite repeated requests for payment, the sum of £xxxxx remains due and outstanding.
      a)the said sum of £xxxxx
      b)interest pursuant to s69 county courts act 1984 at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of assignment to the date of issue accruing at a daily rate of £0.034 but limited to one year being £5.37
      c)Costs


      I found out it was for a two bile which I was with them back in 2005 to which I changed contract to orange. The sigma financial I have never heard of until I received claim form I phoned lowell to ask what this was for that's when they told me it was for tmobile. I have sent a letter of statue to both lowell and there solicitors.
