    Catalogue Charges

    Hi guys, I think I'm coming late to the party but I've just noticed that some people are claiming charges back from catalogues, what can be be claimed for please as I had lots of default charges and late payment charges admin fees etc over the years and if I can get something back then great

    Maybe you need to SAR (cost £10.00) to company requesting everything they have on you including statements, then list all charges i.e. overlimit. telephone, default etc etc charges and then put them on spreadsheet with the actual 39.9% or what ever the rate they charged you for help will be forthcoming on here no doubt?
