Hi Daisy70 & welcome to LB

How did you arrange the settlement? (Phone, email, land mail?)

      Hi
Received a letter outlining settlement amount. Paid that directly into their Bank Account. Have been phoning us constantly since. Received a letter today requesting outstanding payment.

It would be helpful if we could see copies (suitably redacted) of the correspondence.

Will try that. Have already emailed and phoned them and they are aggressive to deal with.

                    Re: Mrs

Is it BW Legal demanding the remaining balance?

It a little unusual for BW to be acting on behalf of an " original" creditor rather than a debt purchase company.

I certainly would not deal with this by phone or e-mail, Royal Mail Signed for post only. Formal Complaint to Sean Barton Director at BWL is the way to go.
