  • Hey all! CPR letter

    Hi all

I have a court claim coming up against me soon for an overdraft with first direct.

Having read thru the forum, I've acknowledged the claim requesting extra time. And am doing a cpr letter to Hoist via their solicitors.

But wanted to check my first name is spelt wrong on court letter and will be on any contract, does that matter?

Also do I only ask for the notice of assignment, and terms and conditions of the bank account they refer to?

    Thanks Batneel

Hi Batneel & welcome to LB

Any chance of posting up the Particulars of Claim (either the copy of the court claim form with personal details redacted - but don't deface it) or type it verbatim?
