Restons solicitors about to issue county court summons

    Restons solicitors about to issue county court summons

    Hi
    I have a long standing debt with egg which have over time passed this to numerous others. I pay a token payment each month as advised by a debt help group. Now restons have sent a form to fill in and return by May 5th before a county court summons is issued. I dont have the money to pay it all infact i live on a minimal amount but the form is asking for personal information like my bank account details and employers details etc do i have to send this to them?
    Help greatly appreciated..
