Re: settle out of court - small claims

this is my question though how do I get an agreement drawn up I cant do this I have no idea what to say it has to be legally enforced and then an order fled with the court to say the claim has been settled - who does all this work and pays for it as I cant incur further legal costs,
if you are suppose to try and settle out of court who facilitates this in terms of the paperwork - does anyone know out there as we seem to be going round in circles here?

      How about CAB?

      Or a Law Centre?

you just have to set out your terms, ie put down on paper what you are offering and ask for him to agree to it.
No need to be all legalese.

IF it is agreed you both notify the court that agreement has been reached.
The case will then be discontinued and everybody heaves a sigh of relief.

If you need help writing out your offer, you will get it from this forum, but you will need to give us full details of your dispute.
