changing working hours

we are having our shifts changed from 3 shifts system to contintals as its a fundemental change our contract of employment and have over 200 people working there but only effects 48 do you still get the minimum 90 day consultation period

Do you have a Union?

If so I would talk to them

If you refuse the change you may have the option of statutory redundancy but is a job better than no job?
