Hi Julie,

As per Kati's comment's it may be worth taking a read of the link she has provided, it does answer a lot of common questions about VT and what to expect.

Could you provide some further information on the following:

1. Name of the lender
2. What is the breakdown of damage costs and do you believe they have a right to charge for the damage given the age of the car
3. Did you take any photographs before the vehicle was taken away?

If you have any additional information to add that would be helpful too
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

Hi Julie,

I don't suppose you have the agreement you are able to upload, with your personal information removed? Would be useful to see their terms and conditions.

You can use one of the sample templates in the link to send to Moto Novo, but don't expect them to admit defeat there. They will probably give you some excuses about not being in a reasonable condition.

You can upload photos of the document by clicking on "Go Advanced" button and there is a paperclip icon above the textbox if you click on that it will allow you to upload documents. Or you can email Kati, I believe she has an email address?

Just about, thank you - pretty standard clause in there, and the charges seem extremely high so I think it can definitely be argued that those are not proportionate if the vehicle has been looked after.. you would probably see those charges if it was in a really poor condition.
