I have been battling with Eon since 2005 for estimated billing, payments, wrong meter numbers, appealed at court and it was thrown out 4 times, went to a hearing but Eon were not going to adhere and still carried on with a warrant, which was issued without the resolution of their incorrect billing and payments not on billing. I have been given a form to appeal from the magistrates court only to find they do not except it. so where should it go?
