An individual owes me money. I have several ccj against him. This is for unpaid child Maintenance. It total he owes £15k

i have tried every option to enforce the ccj ( high court enforcement, earnings etc)

i would like to try now try for an order of sale of his property. Does anyone know the court form I need

It's unlikely you could get a order of sale, but you may be able to get a land charge on his property. However, you have to prove the debt first. Is the property registered or unregistered?

I have several ccj against him. I already have charges on his property.
the problem is I need the money!. As he lives a life of luxury!, I would like to make his life ackward (if I can)

Edward, why aren't the CCJ's being enforced? The problem with land charges is they're only meant to be security against the person selling the property, so that the chargee gets paid out after the bank etc. If the property has a lot of equity in it and by the sounds of it (the property), it does have, so it seems very unlikely that you could get an Order of Sale. Only a bank with a mortgage on a property has that type of power, ie a secure creditor. He will simply argue it is his property and existing charges on the property are adequate security, especially as they attract interest.
