• Housing/Notice advice and help please

Hi Everyone

I need help and advise if anyone can help please

I have been served with a section 21 notice from the borough council
The reason behind this is because it was 2 year non renewable tenancy as i had taken over the house from my mum when she passed away

can anyone give me any guidance of timescales now - i think i shall have to hang on and wait for a court order as i literally have nowhere to go - i live with both my children who are 23 and 25 - we all work but we do not earn loads and loads

I also have debt which i think I may seek either an IVA or DRO - i am seeking advice with this

I think what i need to know is ...
what would the timescale be for evicting us and what are the steps - so i know what to expect

desperate times

Crazy council should be able to tell you more about the timescales etc... for eviction (I've tagged him) xx
Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...
