  • General sanction order.

Hi,I first asked for help from you in December, after receiving a court claim from Lowells.
Since then I have submitted my defence and filled out the direction questionnaire.
I sent in my DQ ,And it was signed for on the 10th of march.I t was due by the 21st march. I ticked yes to mediation,But as yet I have not had anyone call me from the court.
On looking at MCOL,It states that my DQ was filed on the 19th March,And underneath says General sanction order on the 6th april?
I have no idea why,It does not say. What could be wrong? Will I get a letter,or do I have to phone the court?
    Thankyou,Vale.

Hi, a thread HERE with a similar question, think best to ring the court as they will be able to tell you what's wrong.

As Enaid has said, contact the court ask why it says there is a sanction order and who is the sanction against. If it is against you then you need to make them aware that they signed for it on 10 March and says filed online on the 19th so why would you be sanctioned. It could be that the other party has failed to file the DQ

Hi.Thanks for your reply Rob.I have just come off the phone to the ccb centre,And it turns out that It is Lowells at fault, not me,For not returning the DQ on time!
They have been given an extension until the 20th april to send it.Relieved, but I haven't slept all night thinking that it was me that had been sanctioned!
