    help

    Got warrant of control from hoist portfolio holding 2 limited
    never heard of these just a letter saying county court business centre with a letter about bailiffs saying I got 10 days to pay or bailiffs will be ordered to come and take goods

    That's the bare bones; can you flesh it out? (dates, communications leading up to present, type of debt - loan [secured or not], credit card, utility accont etc.)

      Not sure what it's for I think it's for a debt that's over 7 years old

        Must be a CCJ against you before Bailiffs can be used
